Al worked hard to make replacing the radio in my A4 Cab aseamless experience. It was complicated by incorrect parts being delivered twice (I did not know that you could even get in dash cassette players an aseamless experience. My rearview mirror had fallen off twice in the last 3 months, so they replaced the entire fixture. Sally was very helpful getting this done properly and was always prompt in keeping me updated with the months, so they replaced the entire fixture.
