My car alerted me that some service was needed, so I stopped by the dealership. I was helped by Sally, she explained the service needed was going to take a few hours, my visit was unplanned but she off stopped by the dealership. I had to leave a message at first, and was pleasantly surprised when I received a call back within a half hour of leaving the message was very good.
