My intentions were to purchase a used S5; but after dealing with Scott and Carlos my eyes turned to a new car. They honestly showed me the xxxxxxand surprisingly the cons of a new purchase vehicle compared to purchasing a used vehicle. After dealing with Aaron (Fianance) making the decision to purchase a new vehicle was a no brainer! Within 2 hours, I drove off the lot with a brand new and completely detailed 2013 S5; which I purchased at a great price! More importantly I left feeling that I made an informed decision in a stress free enviroment with no pressure sales team! More

If you are considering Audi, I would highly recommend visiting Audi Conshohocken. Some reasons for my recommendation: 1. Awesome test drive and knowledge of the product: I visited several dealers f visiting Audi Conshohocken. Some reasons for my recommendation: 1. Awesome test drive and knowledge of the product: I visited several dealers for brands that compete with Audi as I was recently car shopping (for example, think German manufacturer with three letters). I left the other dealers unimpressed as the test drives were always short drives "around the block" that didn't give me the opportunity to truly appreciate the drive (in fact I did multiple test drives with other brands and always felt like the salesperson had somewhere better to be). With Audi, I was taken on windy back roads and also on the highway, which truly let me experience the car. I was encouraged to put the car through its paces all while being shown the car's features by Mr. Arena. The test drive really got me excited about the car and I never felt like the sale person had somewhere better to be. 2. Trade in value: While I was watching, Mr. Arena jumped on Edmunds, input the specifics of my trade in and showed me the price Edmunds came up with (in the ballpark of the KBB value I had researched on my own). He then explained why the price offered for my trade in was a bit less than the Edmunds price (the biggest issue was some dings and small dents that I certainly understood). I was offered what I felt was a very fair trade value and I appreciated the transparency of the whole process. 3. Transparency of pricing: When discussing the price of the car, Mr. Arena showed me the sticker price, the dealer invoice price and where my deal fit within the spectrum. I really appreciated the transparency and deal I got. 4. Paperwork processing / additional warranty offers: After agreeing on the deal, I was introduced to Mr. Aaron Clark who handled the deal processing and walked me through the various options for additional services and warranties. Mr. Clark explained all of these offerings clearly and the whole process took less than an hour. Overall, I was very impressed with the process and so far I love my new A4. More
