Scheduling a Service appt. was difficult because first the person put me on hold and never came back. Then I called again and it rang and rang without getting an answer. When I bring in my car for service in the a.m. it is always busy and everyone seems a bit frazzled, but by the time my car is finished everyone is far more pleasant and personable. More
