The repair service required (A/C compressor) was accomplished reasonably quickly (3 days), given that it was necessary to order parts, but the maintenance service (brake line flush,bin filter and oi accomplished reasonably quickly (3 days), given that it was necessary to order parts, but the maintenance service (brake line flush,bin filter and oil change) were VERY expensive. I have recieved quotes for the same service (not from a dealer) at about half the cost. Frankly, I would have done it all myself, if I had the time. The fact that the dealership provides courtesy cars while your car is in the shop is a major plus. More

Came in to get a part put on and my 5,000 mile service check and the visit was great. Staff is very friendly and top notch. I didn't have to wait long. Went in for 25,000 mile service. Sally came back and said the tech recommended tire rotation and wheel balance. I agreed to have it done, and was told it would take one hour to complete. Came in at 9: said the tech recommended tire rotation and wheel balance. I agreed to have it done, and was told it would take one hour to complete. Came in at 9:45am, so this would get me out around 11:45. I was waiting for the car. About 11:30, Sally said the tech told her the balance machine would be tied up for at least a couple hours. Since I drove in from Allentown, my choices were to sit and wait or take a rental car and drive around the area to waste some time. I chose to take the rental car. My car was not done until 3pm. I have no beef with Sally...she handled the situation very well. The tech should never have said he could have the car ready before noon. I understand a Porsche was on the balancing equipment, and they were having problems (typical problems) completing the work. I like this dealership (obviously, I chose to lease my car here and have it serviced here vs. Allentown). However, I will be more demanding next time that promised service time is met. More
