Awesome Dealership. Sales and Service take the time and treat you like you are there only customer. Very High End vehicles. Must say there Vehicles are better than BMW and Mercedes. Had them all. I had previously leased an Audi through the Conshohocken dealership and had a great and painless experience. They always went out of their way to make things quick and easy. When my lease expired on my 2010 dealership and had a great and painless experience. They always went out of their way to make things quick and easy. When my lease expired on my 2010 A4 it was a no-brainer to go back and lease a 2013. Aaron and Carlos were both terrific to work with and made the experience a great one. Keep up the good work and I'll be back for my 2016 vehicle! More
I came here to Audi Conshohocken trying to obtain a detailed understanding of the Audi insurance products covering dings and dents, tire/wheel damage, windshield damage, etc. I was pretty annoyed that detailed understanding of the Audi insurance products covering dings and dents, tire/wheel damage, windshield damage, etc. I was pretty annoyed that I could not get that from the finance managers at Audi Flemington (where I purchased my car) and Audi Willow Grove. I live in Philly and was rounding it down to Audi Willow Grove and Audi Conshohocken as my primary dealer for car services. When I walked in the dealer, Courtney Rucker noticed that I needed help and I told her that I wanted to get a better understanding of the insurance product (as mentioned above). She was very friendly, thorough, and personable. If she was unsure of something whenever I gave her a question, she quickly got up out of her seat to confirm her answers with her boss. She got up at least 3-4 times without any hesitation. With others, I'd expect them to become annoyed by me at this point. But it's ultimately my priority to have an understanding of the contract I'm entering into before I drop ~$1,800 for this insurance coverage. I spent about 30-35 minutes with her and I never felt rushed. The finance managers at Audi Flemington and Audi Willow Grove only spent about 5-10 minutes on me. Because Courtney Rucker spent an additional 20-25 minutes on me, she practically gave Audi Conshohocken my future business. I'll be returning to Audi Conshohocken next week to pay ~$1,800 on the insurance coverage and will be servicing my car here in the future. This ought to teach Audi Willow Grove that customer satisfaction goes a long way. I just don't understand why certain people cannot understand this. More

Aidan been giving me problems since October 2012 because, he had my Audi Serviced without getting my approval. so he treated me with ignorance ever since that day! yesterday they would NOT put oil in my vehicle & I spoke to Joe the "manager" he was very rude also. I also spoke to Lucas and he wasn't that friendly either. so with that being said I am exposing this dealership! how do you let go a customer that drives your vehicle.?! this situation needs to be investigated & it will. More
