Arrived at the dealership greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. Sally couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. Waited at the dealership for car to be completed. All the work was completed in a timely fashion. Car was washed and returned. PLUS! Sally had seen a small scratch on the right front bumper. She had it buffed out as well! Talk about great customer service! I had forgotten about it, but Sally saw it and took care of it! My car looked better when I left than when I got there! Thank you Sally and Conshocken staff!!! More

We selected Audi of Conshohocken for this purchase as when considering a new car 2 yrs ago, we found them highly accommodating (allowing us to drive a demo over the course of a weekend), offering the widest selection of Audis in the region from what we could tell. While we didn't buy then (simply made a choice on a smaller sports car), the level of customer service displayed drew us back. We look forward to a long relationship with the dealership and staff. More

Outstanding service, fast check-in, provided a clean new A4 loaner for the day. Aidan Miller kept me informed on the status of my repairs and a modified estimated time of completion. Always having the car cleaned, vacuumed, detailed upon picking it back up at the Service Dept. is another nice perk & so is the free of charge, new model-year, Audi loaner vehicle they provide to you while you wait for them to finish the service/repair work. Consistently, this dealership provides wonderful service (and sales). We have other cars (different makes) that are serviced at other dealerships, but none seem to provide as good customer service and value (and sales).
