Due to the inattentiveness of the "guests from h***" our guest bathroom flooded, and water filled the ceiling of the garage below causing the ceiling to collapse on my 2012 Audi A-6. (No really th h***" our guest bathroom flooded, and water filled the ceiling of the garage below causing the ceiling to collapse on my 2012 Audi A-6. (No really this happened.) The wind screen was shattered, and the hood had several scratches as a result. USAA directed me to a collision repair company, and they wanted to repaint the hood and fenders, replace the glass, and charge over $1,800.00. I challenged them because my A-6 has rain sensing, and they did not include that in the repair parts. Also they estimated that I would get the car back in about 2 weeks. I called Conshohocken Audi, and they indicated that they could replace the wind screen, reinspect the car, replace the wiper blade, and ensure rain sensing would work after the repair. 2 days later the car was repaired, and detailing (not painting) restored the luster of the hood. The car was spotless, and the cost was over $700.00 less. So do I recommend this dealership and Ms. Sally Spiller for their professionalism? ABSOLUTELY! Michael R. Hagy Commander, US Navy (Ret.) I came to the Audi Conshohocken for a scheduled maintenance of my Audi A6 and for an annual inspection and emissions testing, From the time I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly and felt righ maintenance of my Audi A6 and for an annual inspection and emissions testing, From the time I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly and felt right at home. On this visit I decided to wait while my car was being serviced. A desk and complimentary wifi connection was provided for me to get some work done while waiting. My service consutants (Jeremy and Aidan) kept me apprised of the servicing through completion. These guys are professionals. At the end my car was returned via valet spotless, washed and vacuumed. It looked awesome inside and out. From the Service department, Cashier, and Sales Department everyone has always been professional, friendly and very proficient.
