Charles arranged for a test drive of a 2014 Audi Q5 and helped me select the right vehicle and worked out the numbers that were well within my range. Charles also apparised the trade in value for my 2004 Honda CRV which was well with in the Edmunds.com estimate. Branden Coté - Sales Manager was very courteous and answered all queries. Aaron Clark - F&I Manager was very knowledgeable with the the paper work & Audi financing. Excellent customer service and post sales follow up. Great first ever Audi service experience! Bought the car in Connecticut, a 2012 A6 prestige and needed to get the car inspected in Pennsylvania. Additionally, CT requires a front license plate that put sev in Connecticut, a 2012 A6 prestige and needed to get the car inspected in Pennsylvania. Additionally, CT requires a front license plate that put several screw holes in the front grill. I spoke to Jeremy about the holes in the grill and how I liked the look of the A6 grill without the license plate holder and without holes! We talked about replacing the entire grill assembly and when I expressed my disinterest in spending that amount of money Jeremy said he had an idea and would consult with his body shop. While the car was waiting for inspection Jeremy took the car to the body shop and called me with options that he felt would be a good repair. I went with his recommendation and he was right on target, the front grill looks much better with the plugs then with the holes. He took the initiative to go beyond what he was required to do that day, delivered a great solution to the problem and saved me a trip back to the dealership by having the grill repaired while the car was waiting to be inspected, great job Jeremy you just acquired another highly satisfied customer by delivering a great first Audi service experience! More
