I brought my vehicle in for my 15k service and Aidan was my service advisor. He was professional and courteous. He asked me if there are other issues and I informed him the side booster of my leather seat w my service advisor. He was professional and courteous. He asked me if there are other issues and I informed him the side booster of my leather seat was wearing prematurely so he noted that. Later on I received a call from him saying the foremen told him that things like the wear of the side booster of the leather seat is normally only covered within the 1st year and 12k miles, however he will speak to him again and try to get it replaced as even at 15k miles, the wear seems premature. Sure enough, he was able to get the ok to get it replaced. Glad he was able to stand for me to get it replaced. Overall, the service staff at Audi Conshohocken is friendly and professional. More
