Although I generally hate car dealerships and their pushy salespeople, our experience at this dealership was simply a delight--no pressure, no dishonesty, no false advertising and great attention to us as customers. Roland took a lot of time for an introduction to the topography of the complex dashboard and for extensive test drives, with him and alone. He treated my sports-car-loving wife with utmost respect and answered all of our questions patiently and in detail. Roland is the best car salesperson we've ever worked with, bar none! The car was as advertised and we negotiated a very good price along with an extended warranty with a very friendly and no-pressure sales manager (Rob) and with the knowledgeable finance manager (Randy). There was a great waiting room with Wi-Fi work stations, snacks and coffee, and genuinely comfortable chairs. All the staff and receptionists were unfailingly friendly and helpful. It looked like the people really enjoyed working there. The big surprise was that they not only gave us a full tank of gas after we bought the car, but also ran the car through a final clean up and safety check and found a damaged tire, which they replaced with a new one for free. Both Roland and Randy followed up multiple times after we took the car home, by phone, email and thank you note. While we haven't had the car serviced yet, this dealership is where we will go for service in the future and to buy another car. --Rob. C. More
