Like a Family Javier was waiting for me right on time at 9:00. He got my car back to the shop right away, and within a few minutes came to me with recommended addi Javier was waiting for me right on time at 9:00. He got my car back to the shop right away, and within a few minutes came to me with recommended additional service options which I chose to have done. He also offered me a way to save money on future service which I also chose to do. After only about an hour and 15, Javier informed me my car was finished and on its way to be washed. But here's the best part about my experience: my IPhone was dead, and several people asked around until one of the nice female sales associates loaned me her cord so I could recharge. Also, the man who handled my finance in 2012 stopped by for a chat...he remembered me immediately. This type of service is the reason I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from this dealer. Great people. More
