New Audi A3 Purchase I came into Audi Conshohocken mainly to look at a potential new car. I was previously driving a 2013 Kia Forte, which was my first real purchase. My first experience as I walked through the door was a very comforting air conditioning office (It was ridiculously hot outside at the time). Various employees welcomed me inside with a smile and advised me that they would have someone assist me with any questions/concerns. Jaime Vazquez was my sales rep and first impressions to me are always the most important interaction. She was very friendly and very welcoming and was really attentive to what I was looking for. She showed me the A3 inside the office and introduced me to all the various features and options that the car offered. Shortly after, we took the A3 for a spin. Great car all around. Jaime made the ride a lot of fun and even let me handle the car as I normally would if it were mine. I was able to hit on the gas on the highway and take tight turns at a high speed to test the Quattro features.During the ride, Jaime asked lifestyle questions to understand what I was looking for and to provide the best solution possible. We test drop the A4 as well and it was then that I figured out I wanted to upgrade to the A3. Jaime welcomed the thought of me going to test drive other cars to ensure that I get the right car for me, which I thought was really cool. I'm not particularly fond of an aggressive sales personal, and Jaime was definitely not aggressive at all. She allowed me to feel in charge during this sale which made my decision easy; I wanted to lease a 2015 A3 from Jaime. With the A3 being such a hot and popular vehicle, we hit some rough paths trying to find the right car, as many dealers were selling out quick. Jaime received various emails from me with different cars that I looked at and she responded very quickly with weather we could get the car or not. We finally were able to snatch the Scuba Blue A3 (Looks beautiful!!!). I went to the office on Friday sign my lease and trade in my Kia Forte and the process was very smooth. Josh, who assisted me with signing the papers, was very thorough and very friendly/welcoming. Shortly after, I left with my all new A3! Jaime was great with showing me how to utilize the entire A3 capabilities which was great. She even welcomed me back and said she would call me in a few days to make sure I'm settling into my new car just fine. Overall, my experience here was excellent. I have previously worked Sales in Best Buy Magnolia selling high fidelity audio systems along with designing various solutions that would best suit the customer, and I have to say that Jaime succeeded my expectations. I was expecting to come in and be harassed to buy, but that was not the case at all. I highly recommend working with Jaime when going to Audi Conshohocken. Best experience with making such a large purchase. Couldn't be happier. More

Carlos was excited to help me out and cared about having me make the right choice that fit me for my new car. I really appreciated him anticipating my needs by running out and getting several cars ready for me to test drive (A4 & S4.) I liked the A4, but loved the S4 as soon as I drove it and knew it was the car for me! Aaron was great as well as he and Carlos answered all my questions regarding, the different Audi car models, purchasing and leasing options. Next person I met was Josh Lupo, who introduced himself to me with a big smile. He put me at ease as he explained the protection plan options and made the car transaction a pleasant experience. Josh's assistance really made me comfortable with my new car, which is great since car buying can be stressful at times! I will definitely recommend this dealership.
