Excellent service experience I had a concern about my vehicle and told the salesperson "Chang Kwon" who sold the car to me. The very next day Audi service was contacting me to sc I had a concern about my vehicle and told the salesperson "Chang Kwon" who sold the car to me. The very next day Audi service was contacting me to schedule a service. The appointment was made promptly. Javier worked with me and had me in and out of their office with a loaner in minutes. He called me a few hours later letting me know that they wanted to keep the car for one more day to drive the car again and see if they could replicate my concerns. The following day, Javier called me again and informed me about my vehicle. He is great, very informative and although they didn't find anything wrong with vehicle I was very happy with the information that he provided. As soon as I walked in to pick up my vehicle, he greeted me and again the drop off and pickup was very quick and easy. This is the best car experience I've ever had starting from the sales department to the service. Audi of Conshohocken does their best to ensure that every customer is well taken care of and is happy. My one observation is that the cost to replace the driver’s side window washer nozzle seemed very expensive and excessive, a little over $200 ($218). Apparently, one nozzle of the three was clogged, could not be cleaned, so the entire device was replaced. For something which on the surface seems minor, the cost to replace wasn’t. More

Good Experience with a filter changing Joe is really friendly and the total process of my service is quick. Just moved to PA Needed service for my A6, having just moved to PA from CA 3 weeks ago. I was able to schedule service within days with Audi of Conshohocken and was a Needed service for my A6, having just moved to PA from CA 3 weeks ago. I was able to schedule service within days with Audi of Conshohocken and was able to use a loaner for the day, while work was completed - both some under warranty as well as routine and maintenance service. The car was ready and washed when I returned to pick it up. Sally Spiller was outstanding both during the drop-off process in the morning and during pick-up in the afternoon. Will definitely return again for Audi service. More
