When discussing with the Service Rep (Ed) what to do, it wasn't just a discussion about take it or leave it but instead one around what was the best way for me to get it done. The Service Rep was willing to look at it from my point of view which is rare in many businesses today. Second, I used the concierge service since my office is so close to the dealership. The gentleman that drove the car both dropped and picked me up (Ben). I can honestly say that that 10-15 drive each way showed how this dealership truly puts quality people out in front of its customers. Our conversation covered a number of topics but gracefully woven into the conversation was several truly interesting facts about my Audi and how to better care for it. In short, he taught me more about my automobile. In sum, what I experienced was a people wanting to provide great service but also that are passionate about Audi and what they do. In short, this is the type of experience coupled with a great product that makes me loyal and will result in recommendations and my repeat business. More

Ty' was very personable and friendly during a recent visit to Audi for service, so we were very pleased to see him when we came by for the Open House. He answered all of my questions about turning in my vehicle for a new one and made it happen with ease.
