Great job getting me back on the road. I was traveling with a group of Audi Club members en route to our national event in Tacoma when I had a coolant problem. We got to the Audi Salt Lake I was traveling with a group of Audi Club members en route to our national event in Tacoma when I had a coolant problem. We got to the Audi Salt Lake City mid afternoon and they were able to take me in and provide a VERY NICE loaner while diagnosing and remedying the problem. By 1130 the next morning I was back on the road and able to join my group. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous. Matise was easy to work with and provided me with some excellent options and remedies. High marks to her and the other folks in the service department. I had never set foot in this dealership before (I'm from the New Orleans area) and was treated Ike I was a life-long customer of theirs. More

Professional Great experience! I showed up for an oil change and threw a curve ball by asking them to calibrate my vehicle as I had a new windshield. Apparently it Great experience! Apparently it is not a simple calibration which was explained to me very nicely . I was from out of town so had a 2.5 hour drive to come back . They were lovely and accommodated my request . I asked for my car to be delivered to my town which is 20 minutes away and they said NO. Wrong answer and missed opportunity to dazzle the customer. At the very least they could have said, sorry, but we could meet you halfway. 2. When you pick up your car, you want it to be totally 100% spotless. Now in Utah with the dust and summer rain that can be hard. My car had definitely been washed - but there were spots where you could clearly see dust that had been washed, but not removed. A quick spot check before I arrived would have caught this. Instead, I was dusting my own car before I left the lot. More
