They charged me to do an unnecessary evac of the ac system twice, then wanted to charge me two more hours to diagnose other possible causes. They were unable to diagnose my 2004 a6 a/c in two hours and couldnt answer simple questions like, how many wires are connected to the ac compressor and why is my ac freezing over. Oh and this took a whole week to do 2 useless hours of diagnostic time $270.00 I have been waiting 5 days for them to send me a wiring diagram so I can diagnose it myself when they said I would have it by the end of the day...5 days ago. I feel taken advantage of by audi of salt lake city, everyone be advised. We now have to open a lawsuit to get treated fairly and make sure nobody else gets ripped off or treated unfairly if they have a disability. This lawsuit will surely be in the media soon, keep an eye out. More

Great job getting me back on the road. I was traveling with a group of Audi Club members en route to our national event in Tacoma when I had a coolant problem. We got to the Audi Salt Lake I was traveling with a group of Audi Club members en route to our national event in Tacoma when I had a coolant problem. We got to the Audi Salt Lake City mid afternoon and they were able to take me in and provide a VERY NICE loaner while diagnosing and remedying the problem. By 1130 the next morning I was back on the road and able to join my group. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous. Matise was easy to work with and provided me with some excellent options and remedies. High marks to her and the other folks in the service department. I had never set foot in this dealership before (I'm from the New Orleans area) and was treated Ike I was a life-long customer of theirs. More
