Discriminatory against people with disabilities. I have autism spectrum disorders and the manager told me I had to learn communicate properly, as he did when he was in the military, and that I was s I have autism spectrum disorders and the manager told me I had to learn communicate properly, as he did when he was in the military, and that I was stupid for being unable to communicate in a proper manner. They charged me to do an unnecessary evac of the ac system twice, then wanted to charge me two more hours to diagnose other possible causes. They were unable to diagnose my 2004 a6 a/c in two hours and couldnt answer simple questions like, how many wires are connected to the ac compressor and why is my ac freezing over. Oh and this took a whole week to do 2 useless hours of diagnostic time $270.00 I have been waiting 5 days for them to send me a wiring diagram so I can diagnose it myself when they said I would have it by the end of the day...5 days ago. I feel taken advantage of by audi of salt lake city, everyone be advised. We now have to open a lawsuit to get treated fairly and make sure nobody else gets ripped off or treated unfairly if they have a disability. This lawsuit will surely be in the media soon, keep an eye out. More
