Customer service ends at the sale The customer service ends when they have your money. They will turn their back on you once the sale is done. My issue was communicated to the man The customer service ends when they have your money. They will turn their back on you once the sale is done. My issue was communicated to the manager and business manager with no response. In the end I was unable to use my car for three days. Take your business to a smaller dealership that appreciates your business. It appears they got too big to care. More
No help when you really need it If you are going in for routine maintenance they are fine, but if you have an real issue they are sub-par, it reminds me of going to a dealer back in If you are going in for routine maintenance they are fine, but if you have an real issue they are sub-par, it reminds me of going to a dealer back in the 80's , they just want to blow you off. I had a sensor go out after 2 years +/- of ownership and I had to take it back twice to get that resolved. (I live 43 miles from them btw) This year I had a major problem, Rodents chewed my wiring harness up , when I took it Audi of Rochester Hills (I purchased this car, new from them in 2014), they charged me $780 to diagnose the problem. If you do not know, this is animal damage so it is covered under your comprehensive insurance, like hitting a deer would be. Johnny Manoviec was my service adviser, he was of no use when contacted by my insurance adjuster, who was trying to get an estimate for the repair. He would not return calls, nor would he provide the needed info, so I called the Service Manager twice, no results, I called and tried to talk to the owner of the Dealership, they would not connect me to him. I asked for the General Manager, who never returned my call. I ended up going to Audi Farmington Hills, it was like night and day. I worked with Trent, who is extremely helpful. Even though I did not buy my car from Farmington, I was treated like I did. Their service department runs at a much higher standard than Audi of Rochester Hills. So a great big NO to Audi of Rochester Hills ! I will never do business with them again ! More

I highly recommend him.... More

I was super excited to be getting into this brand. And boy did they see me coming from a mile away. This is not my first vehicle purchase/lease, so I have been around the block a few times. And I have never had the experience I had here anywhere else. However I did not do my due diligence before signing the dotted line. So I will take responsibility for that part, however I will not take responsibility for the garbage offer that was placed before me. I leased a 2017 A3, and it was based off STICKER price. This was a model year older than what was currently out, so in no way should anyone be paying sticker on that. The reason I didn't know that I was doing this is because through the whole process I was TOLD I was getting a 2018. I originally went in with someone else, and they also heard them tell me everything was for a 2018 model. The part that made me realize I even had a 2017, was after I got the vehicle home, and little things about the interior were different than what I thought were supposed to be. When I pulled out the paperwork, with the window sticker is when I noticed it was a 2017. Then looking at the price on the sticker is when I noticed they based the lease off the sticker price. I did have a brand new sales guy, and I really don't fault him for anything. He was a perfect salesman, very attentive during and after the sale. He was just the sales manager's puppet on everything, and was just doing what he was told. They had a sale going for quite sometime before, and after where they would pay your first months lease payment for you, but because my car was not taken out of their on site stock, they wouldn't do it for me. All the signage did state "in stock" so I didn't put up a fight. However, finding out that other dealers...other AUDI DEALERS would have done this for me regardless was extremely disheartening. I realize I was not their number one customer getting an A3 (even though it was basically fully loaded with all the extras), this did introduce me into the audi world. I likely will be getting more audis in the future, but not from here. I also work in an industry where I refer people to a lot of dealerships, and I will never recommend this dealer. I also understand that they are in business to make money, but we are no longer in a world where the wool can easily be pulled over someone's eyes, and not have consequences. A fair deal is all anyone asks for, and I really don't want to have to haggle away from a crap deal. If haggling occurs, it should be between two fair deals, and both parties meeting in the middle. Another thing I don't like that dealerships are starting to do, is the survey you have to give after. I had a sales guy at another dealer tell me that their commission is based off these surveys. I felt coerced to give the survey really good ratings. A survey shouldn't take the bread out of someone's mouth. How can anyone learn from their mistakes, and grow individually if they are telling people poor scores (anything less than perfect to be exact) will affect how much they get paid on the deal. Being that I don't believe this salesman did anything that his manager didn't tell him, I didn't feel comfortable being totally honest on the survey. He was clearly learning, as I knew more about the vehicles than he did. That's why I will be posting reviews on this dealer everywhere I can. More
Bad exprerieces with CPO and services I bought an used CPO with 49kmiles on it and the sale lady told us everything is good and up to date. Next service will be at 59 for oil change. But o I bought an used CPO with 49kmiles on it and the sale lady told us everything is good and up to date. Next service will be at 59 for oil change. But only after 4 thousand miles service light came up. Brought it back to the dealer and those people at the service said that I have to pay for 440 dollars for services for oil change, air filter and etc.etc.etc....they just lie to you to get the car sold. One people check the records and said the oil change was performed @ 49kmile, the other indicated oil change at 43Kmile. they just kick us around and try to get as much out of you as they can. Not recommended. More
Good Certified Pre-Owned experience My girlfriend asked for my assistance in finalizing an offer on a certified pre-owned Audi she had test driven the weekend before. I communicated th My girlfriend asked for my assistance in finalizing an offer on a certified pre-owned Audi she had test driven the weekend before. I communicated the day before the last day of the month with the General Manager, Used Car manager and salesman regarding our offer. My communications were all answered and counter offered within just a couple of hours. Our salesperson was Mike Susalla and he did an outstanding job during the delivery process explaining the technological features of the vehicle which were a bit overwhelming. At the end of the delivery, I noticed the factory floor mats were missing and he made it a point to personally deliver them the next day to my girlfriend's home which she really appreciated. More
