Very professional. Made my buying experience awesome. Was in good communication the whole time prior to purchase day. I would definitely recommend buying from this dealership. Dealership can be very good one day, then another day, as other reviewers have commented, plain rude and not very concerned about your business. The pricing on Audi's is very high. The sales guy also will no other reviewers have commented, plain rude and not very concerned about your business. The pricing on Audi's is very high. The sales guy also will not tell you that you will definitely replace the tires on a 36 month lease. Tires on a Q7 last about 25,000 miles. The service guy will explain that this is due to the roads (HAHAHAHA! - Its not!). Also plan on both a front and then a back brake job which will include the rotors. Ouch! Bottom line is add approx $150/month to your $850/month Audi A6 lease. This is the same for a Q7 lease. Again, expensive to drive. More
I probably spelled the name horribly wrong, but the service manager, Engell Pelumbri, was an absolute condescending xxxxxx to deal with. I work for VCI - A VW company, so I am an employee with a corporate lease. I had to have service done on my A4 with 2,000 miles on it. Engell proceeds to tell me that the costs really should not be warranty, but my personal responsibility. I really do not understand how a window regulator can by my fault! He made additional comments about us "corporate kids" coming to his dealership. Who cares if I am under 30 and driving an Audi? More

The sales team was borderline rude when I first approached them so I bought my Audi elsewhere. The dealership is still the closest to my house so I have to get it serviced there. They kept my car approached them so I bought my Audi elsewhere. The dealership is still the closest to my house so I have to get it serviced there. They kept my car for over a month for service. They didn't give me a loaner or a rental, and then they told me if I had bought my car from them they may have helped me out. Since I didn't, my rental bill was $$$$$.<br>Design of the building is nice, but the dealership is horrible. More
