The service team is fantastic, however, the sales group is not attentive or helpful. I am on my 3rd Q series. The most recent, I went in and asked about a new Q7. I asked about transferring one from another dealership which he said no to. So, again, I called the dealership in Austin. They transferred one in from Ft. Worth, I flew down and picked it up the next week. Sales should look at the service group(especially Lorena) to see how to deal with customers. More
