We just started looking to purchase another SUV and after stopping on a whim to IRA Audi of Peabody, this was the easiest car purchase for us in a long time. Most of our communication, negotiation and paperwork was done by phone or through email after our initial visit since it was a bit far for us to travel to, but well worth it in the end. Just prior to the car arriving at the dealership a "discrepancy" was discovered between the car I ordered and the car that was built and shipped. Michael and George, along with Wendy, worked with me on some options and the problem was solved to my satisfaction (very much so!) in a very professional manner. I never felt rushed, harried or pressured through any of the buying process and I would recommend Ira Audi to anyone! The test drives were on our terms-not some pre-determined course, the negotiations were above board, and we feel like we received a very fair price. In fact, another dealer could not even match what we negotiated with Ira. I would like to especially mention Michael (the general sales manager), Neysha(our sales person) and Nigel (the business person) as all very personable, honest and forthright people. They each seemed invested in our overall experience and doing the right thing. In fact, although there are a lot of extras you can choose to purchase when you sign the sales contract, we never felt pressured into any of those purchases.
