I was very skeptical when first going into this dealership. I had been to another audi dealer before this and felt they were very condecending and rude. They made my son and I feel "unworthy" of owning or leasing one. Henry was extremely accomodating and I truly feel that if not for him I would not have leased this car. He is asset to car dealers. And nigel did everything to make the financing go smoothly. He even showed my son and I pictures of his dog, Mr. Winston (knowing that I love dogs)I thought that was a really nice touch.I would go back to them again and again because they are the ones that make audi the best car to buy. Bought car either dealership put wrong parts in car and sold it, or they new about it and did not fix it. Either way it’s costing 2,500 plus now and when contacted the manager Bob M accused us of trying to sold it, or they new about it and did not fix it. How can you say that when if I brought the car by you would obviously see it was put together wrong. What would you say then I did it, lol? Horrible service when buying car, car has been in major accident but they claimed no and showed accident report stating no accidents, we all know not to believe those but still it was there word. I quickly worked out a great deal for the vehicle over the phone, a considerable amount cheaper than a similar Q7 in my home town of Atlanta. I flew up to Boston two days later to pick up the Q7 in the middle of a massive snowstorm. The salesperson, Brendan Conner, came all the way down to the airport to pick me up and take me back to the dealership. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining each and every feature of the Q7, even though the dealership had been closed for hours, due to the snowstorm. My experience with Brendan Conner was truly exceptional. He answered countless questions about purchasing an out of state vehicle, even on his day off. In twenty years of buying automobiles, I have never been treated as fairly, and with more respect than at Ira Audi. It was well worth the flight to Boston and the 1,000 mile drive back to Atlanta. Called Audit dealer in NY for quote to change timing belt: $1,200. Called Ira Audit back and asked how this difference was possible. Silly answers: "I do not know, parts are more than $1,200"; they are NOT, they are no more than $400 max, including OEM timing belt, driv belt, tensioner, roller assembly, water pump, coolant, etc.). Audit service person stated that water pump gasket was around $100. WHAT A RIP OFF! Audi Ira MUST be kidding. I will have the same service done for less than half the money in NY. IRA Audi never again. More

Marc Arvilla took hours addressing every question I had [and being an engineer it was a lot] - in a very positive and engaging way with little pressure at all. He made sure we ended up with the car we wanted - which was pretty clear after a test drive. The process of purchasing the car was exceptionally smooth and fair [Rob was great here also!], and when Marc sourced the car with what we wanted [plus a bit] we were able to quickly and fairly lock in the deal. We never felt pressured, rushed, or hassled in any way - when you walk away smiling you know it went as it should go. Marc acted in a 'premium' manner which we expect from a premium brand. Marc continues to provide post sale help [buying winter tire package] and I have already told others about the positive experience we had when buying the car. I would shop here again - gotta go now and drive..... More
