I was very skeptical when first going into this dealership. I had been to another audi dealer before this and felt they were very condecending and rude. I quickly worked out a great deal for the vehicle over the phone, a considerable amount cheaper than a similar Q7 in my home town of Atlanta. I flew up to Boston two days later to pick up the Q7 in the middle of a massive snowstorm. The salesperson, Brendan Conner, came all the way down to the airport to pick me up and take me back to the dealership. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining each and every feature of the Q7, even though the dealership had been closed for hours, due to the snowstorm. My experience with Brendan Conner was truly exceptional. He answered countless questions about purchasing an out of state vehicle, even on his day off. In twenty years of buying automobiles, I have never been treated as fairly, and with more respect than at Ira Audi. It was well worth the flight to Boston and the 1,000 mile drive back to Atlanta. He made sure we ended up with the car we wanted - which was pretty clear after a test drive. The process of purchasing the car was exceptionally smooth and fair [Rob was great here also!], and when Marc sourced the car with what we wanted [plus a bit] we were able to quickly and fairly lock in the deal.
