I brought my car in for routine oil Change and scheduled service. This was my first experience with Audi Peabody but Having dealt with numerous dealerships I felt like I had a good baseline for expectation service. During the covid shut downs many dealerships were less than helpful and hard to schedule with however this was not the case here. Stefan was prompt, professional and responsive. They took excellent care of my car and worked around my needs and schedule. I made a few requests that were outside of the ordinary and required them to do a good deal of research and investigating to help. They did it all with a smile and true professionalism. The tech (Esteban) that worked on my R8plus made it a point to communicate to me directly and keep me informed at all stages of their work. My car was prepared and waiting for pickup right on time and checking out process couldn’t be easier, smoother or more appropriate given the current social distancing rules. I am truly thankful for the great service and attention both of these gentlemen provided on behalf of Audi Peabody. More

Disrespectful towards my whole family. I have an 2013 S 4 which I enjoy thoroughly and was excited to introduce Audi to my brother who stays nearby this dealership, As they were open on Su I have an 2013 S 4 which I enjoy thoroughly and was excited to introduce Audi to my brother who stays nearby this dealership, As they were open on Sunday(while others nearby were closed) we had to check out this dealership and if things worked out strike a deal. As we were contemplating on price , The manager offered us deal and if we don't take it then were Forced to leave(not asked but were forced) and were shown the door if we do not make the choice quickly. We were a bit surprised at the way the Manger treated us. (we were courteous to the Sales man and the manager ) Looking at the 5 star rating others have provided , I feel sad that only we did not get respect.Nobody Deserves treatment like this anywhere on this planet ,at least not in Boston(A City of Firsts). I think its more of an Ethical Question for me rather than service of how you made us feel. Too Bad Audi Peabody , Shame on you, you guys lack respect towards us which begs us to question your stance maybe towards certain section of the people groups . Destructive Technicians I've been going to this dealership for over 2 years. Lately their service dept has gone downhill. Damaging my turbo charger at my 40k service to filli I've been going to this dealership for over 2 years. Lately their service dept has gone downhill. Damaging my turbo charger at my 40k service to filling my crankcase with half of the required oil during my 50k service. I won't mention the service writers reaction to me for giving a less than complimentary satisfaction survey. They gave terrible service and chewed my butt about the unflattering survey. More
I was in for a recall and a inspection sticker and to buy Audi care. The visit was great until I went to pick up my car. This makes we wonder how the mechanics are working on cars if there is that much lack of respect for a customers property.i think I might be switching to Burlington Audi after this incident. More

Really good experience I bought a car from these guys in late December and had a great experience with Audi of Peabody from start to finish. When I was comparison shoppi I bought a car from these guys in late December and had a great experience with Audi of Peabody from start to finish. When I was comparison shopping the 2 sales guys who assisted me (Warren Wendt and Jon Cohen) knew the Audi line, and their competitors line, well and were able to point out the strong points and weaknesses of all of the cars I was considering. They were never pushy just knew their stuff Also very easy to take a test drive and I felt that I got a true feel for how it drove. The two best parts for me were: Price - I did a lot of research and comparison shopping and felt they gave me a really good price on the car I bought, a Q5, and also on my trade-in. Delivery - I was going to Maine for a week and really wanted to get the car quickly and not have to drive back to pick it up. The sales people and service guys stayed late and got the car to me in record time and it looked and drove great. I had a great experience here! More
