The worst service I have ever endured. End-to-end horrid. I was taking advantage of a flyer-deal for $89.95. Made an appointment. Pleasant chap scheduled me for 8 am and later called to say I was rescheduled for a wait at the dealership. I arrived on time, and checked in. I was told the wait would be 1 hour and one half. I was a little ticked, because if I knew an oil change would take that long, I would have arranged a pickup, but that had ship sailed because my pickup person was busy. I wasted my time browsing at the new cars. After the 1.5 hours I checked with the service tech. He said now it would take another 30 - 45 minutes. Crap! Thank God I didn't have a significant service scheduled, had I, I would need a sleeping bag. So, the tech stated that he would check, and the oil was just being poured in the car. After 15 more minutes, I went back to the service counter. My tech wasn't there so I went to another one. He told me that they were significantly over-booked, and recommended I talk to the manager. The manager asked me who booked me, was it the call center? All could say was that I called the number of the Peabody store. He said the call center was over booking, making his problem mine. Then came the bill. Not 89.95, rather 115after he authorized a $12.18 discount. He could have given that paltry in quarters. Then I was texted a request to give feedback. I almost never give negative feedback. I was so steamed I decided to comply. When I hit the link, I received a thank you note, as if I had given a great review. I love my car, an A-7. Not only will I never visit that dealership again, I doubt that I will ever buy another Audi, since the service sucks. More
