Once again returned for service this week . Choose to call Nick and make appointment and had the car serviced. As usual got the job done in time. Realized it is expensive to maintain an aging Audi but at least was dealing with a knowledgeable and polite person.

Generally would give 5 stars but . .. had my car for nearly 3 months for a battery problem and when picked it up, it was not cleaned and the battery was not charged! More
