I had my concerns about visiting this location after reading the reviews here. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told ALL MANAGEMENT IS NEW!!!!!!!!!! Not only that the GM Ron and GSM Andy are amaz reading the reviews here. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told ALL MANAGEMENT IS NEW!!!!!!!!!! Not only that the GM Ron and GSM Andy are amazing. Worth the money you pay because these guys will do NOTHING for you once you pull off the lot, despite their promises! I bought a used truck in (what seemed) great condition. I did the test drive and walk around and bought the truck for $27K. The first indication of this bad experience was telling me the truck only had one key. I told them that was unacceptable. They finally agreed when I said it was a deal breaker. (still no key 3 weeks later). As I pulled out of the parking lot, and drove down the road I notice the left turn signal was not working. I pulled over and looked all around and noticed the entire bottom (clear panel lighting) of the drivers mirror was missing. I immediately text the salesperson and he responded saying " I will speak to the manager, will not be a problem, and will get back to you tomorrow". After that, he never responded to a dozen texts and phone messages. The salesperson also told me the dealership replaced two rear tires because they were under spec. I asked where they purchased the tires because I wanted to buy the same for the front because the front and rear tread patterns do not match. I called Tire kingdom only to find out these tires have 3 year old date codes on them and are NO longer made or available anywhere! Hanania Audi bought these outdated and discontinued tires. Now I am shopping for 4 new tires as a result. Bottom line: IF you consider a used car here, pay the price for an outside inspection and demand the dealership put everything in writing before you leave. You would expect an Audi dealership to have integrity...these sales guys/managers are plaid sport coat wearing con artists! More
I went to location Thursday just stopping by to look and test drive vehicle with high miles. I was informed by Rep John (Red Shirt, bald head, salt and pepper shadow mustache) I couldn't test drive it becau test drive vehicle with high miles. I would need my rep to come and test drive the car with me. informed that management has new rule at that store. I have bought several cars from them and would NEVER buy from this lot AGAIN! More

On today, Elijah negotiated a deal that excluded the cost of optional package for a USED vehicle. The manager (Mike) called me and stated a counter offer (increased $800 plus taxes). At my request, Mike stated he would return call with final numbers. No call. When I arrived, the car was gone and supposedly, so was Elijah. Instead of closing the deal, Mike recanted and stated he would NOT sell me the car i.e., honor the negotiated deal of "21,888 and some change" unless I agreed to purchase OPTIONAL advantage package at a reduced rate (additional $1300). Meaning, Mike REFUSED to honor the deal because I would not agree to the inflated amount (with or without package) which was NEVER discussed as a requirement to purchase the automobile. Bottom line: Recanting negotiated deal (twice) was shady, and unprofessional while laced with an condescending attitude as the ONLY African American standing in the establishment at the time being labeled as "disgruntle". Moreover, the individual purporting to be the general manager exhibited extreme rudeness and a patronizing attitude during a subsequent visit. I suggest not entering their property. The insufficient follow-through, the demand for a personal photograph, and the financing procedure were particularly egregious. More
Came here from Indiana to get a car we were promised to be like new. It only had 2k miles on it and was less than a year old. Multiple promises from Ali the salsa rep. Found out the car had been in an accident , that they never told us about. Car had not been repaired and they said it can’t be fixed. Watch out for this place they obviously knew and tried to hide it. More
