Greeted by Jenae Rosier who was happy to track down a couple of those in stock and quickly lined one up for a test drive. Long story short, I ended up trading my A6 for a new Q5 when I was really only intending to look around. Jenae was friendly, low-key, and very easy to work with. She took the time to find out what I was really looking for, what features mattered to me and which didn't, then tracked down exactly the right Q5 just arriving at another dealer. We wrapped up the trade, whipped through the financing with Brady, and I will be taking delivery of my new car in a few days. Overall a very positive, painless experience! More
