Disappointing experience with sales managers and store manager for an out of state buyer. Zero follow-up and the typical used car games. Told me they sold the car during our negotiations. Turns out they manager for an out of state buyer. Zero follow-up and the typical used car games. Told me they sold the car during our negotiations. Turns out they didn’t sell it, but wanted me to pay full asking price, even after we negotiated money off the vehicle yesterday. Ridiculous. Don’t bother. L More
I brought my car in for a high pitched squeal. Was told it was the alternator and belt which would cost $1500 to repair. Paid, picked up my car and the same noise started when I pulled out. Had to go back. it was the alternator and belt which would cost $1500 to repair. Paid, picked up my car and the same noise started when I pulled out. Had to go back. Two days later it was the breather valve/PCV. David told me that Todd Baker and Glen Haley (the 2 service managers) were going to waive the additional cost of $200 for the inconvenience and that we were even. Thought that sounded shady- called Audi in Sanford and was told that the PCV/ breather valve was covered by an extended warranty and that I should not be charged anything. Essentially Audi Orange Park advisor David and managers Todd Baker and Glen Haley thought I should pay for the alternator and belt that I didn’t even need - that they replaced In error due to a misdiagnosis. Met w/ Todd when I picked up my car and was floored when he said he knew the part was covered under warranty and he would refund my $1500 for the alternator and belt “If I thought that was the right thing to do.” Bottom line- you can not trust this service department or their managers. I definitely believe they tried to take advantage of me because I am a woman and they thought I wouldn’t know any better. If this is the way Hanania does business- I will never buy another car from them. Ladies- please steer clear. More
Worst car buying experience EVER My wife and I found a 2013 Used Cadillac SRX in their on-line inventory. We set up an appointment with Ashleigh Hancock to see the car on 12/28/19 at My wife and I found a 2013 Used Cadillac SRX in their on-line inventory. We set up an appointment with Ashleigh Hancock to see the car on 12/28/19 at 11:30. We drove almost two hours to this dealership and when we arrived we were met by the salesman named Ralph. After a 20 minute search for the vehicle, it was brought around for me to inspect. The check engine light was on, there was grease all over the back of the drivers seat, the trunk close button did not function. Also, the pictures online made the car look much better than it was in person. There were finish issues on the wheels and some paint issues on the body. After test driving, I was still interested in the vehicle if they could correct the few issues mentioned above. Ralph came back with his number and basically told us this was his number and there was no wiggle room and that they would try to remove the grease, they would not fix the truck problem and they would have to replace they forced air sensor that was causing they error code on the dash. (this would require me driving 2 hours home and coming back at a later date to pick up the car. The number was way high and I told him what I wanted to pay CASH and cited the needed repairs. I was willing to buy that day without them performing the repairs but they would have to work on the price. He went and talked to the sales manager and we overheard the conversation and it was pretty much "that's the price and we're not going to fix the car or move on the price". Ralph was apologetic about the condition of the vehicle but could not help us get to where we needed to be. Disappointed, we left that dealership in the car we intended on trading in on a new purchase. On the way out of town, we passed Fields Cadillac. I made a u-turn and said, lets stop in to see what they have. Three hours later we drove out in a BEAUTIFUL 2014 white Cadillac SRX. They gave me a fair price on my trade, they were courteous, helpful, answered all my questions, provided service records for the car. What I'm saying is the buying experience at Fields was the complete opposite of what we experienced at Hanania's Orange Park Audi. I wouldn't buy a broken bicycle from them if someone else was paying for it. The WORST experience I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you we left there virtually speechless about the way we were treated. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. More
False Advertising Before I begin, 5 years ago I went to this dealer to sell an 05 911S 997 and buy a new A3, these guys offered me $23K for my garage kept low mileage P Before I begin, 5 years ago I went to this dealer to sell an 05 911S 997 and buy a new A3, these guys offered me $23K for my garage kept low mileage Porsche, BMW offered $34K & Brumos (before Fields destroyed that Porsche dealer) gave me almost $40K. Orange Park audi is the worst dealership in the area, worst trade in value and worst staff. Do your research on your trade because they will low ball. I thought the bad service was a Hanania thing but we bought a New 2018 QX60 last year at their INFINITI dealer and those folks were sooooooo professional. Audi OP, not the case, you'd think you were dealing with belligerent, unpolished and disrespectful folks at 4am in a dive bar. They refused to honor their "guaranteed" advertising to buy your vehicle at KBB highest eval. Their Ad was a legit PPC Ad via google. These people were so rude and insulting, I'll spare the details but to give you a hint, the "manager" Garrett sat in ear shot of me watching Golf the whole time I worked with my sales person, he was about 15 feet from her desk. When Ashleigh, my sales person, went to get Garrett, he said, one sec, let me finish watching this round and made me wait 5 minutes. Finally, Garrett Clark came over and told me he listened to my conversation & would give me 16K for my car unless I bought a car which he would give me $3000 more, the KBB on my car was 21K and they refused to appraise it and honor their advertising. complete xxx experience, made no sense and I was treated disrespectfully. I have reported them to the FTC and advise to other shoppers to avoid this place. More

In the I am the proud owner of a new-to-me BMW Z4. We went to the lot interested in a used Audi but began looking around the lot and found the Beemer. In the process I test drove many cars and had lots of questions. The salesperson, Christine was SO WONDERFUL! I didn't even realize she was a salesperson at first! In the course of shopping we interacted with managers, service people, other salespeople and of course the financial department. We were made to feel welcome and valued and never once pressured. We will certainly consider Audi of Orange Park the next time we are in the market for a car. More

The experience I have had thus far wi This will be our third vehicle purchase in 2 years. We have visited many, many dealerships through this process. The experience I have had thus far with Audi of Orange Park has been far and above all of the others. I have visited four other dealerships to test drive different vehicles (with a couple of more still to go) and cannot adequately explain the difference in my experience at Audi. Zack and Aline were both wonderful... the two hours (because of my many questions and wanted to look at many options) I spent there felt like a much shorter time, were incredibly informative, comfortable, and straight forward. I really enjoyed my test drive and left knowing exactly what my options are and pricing are. Zack was absolutely wonderful, spent a lot of time with me and my questions. His knowledge on the vehicles, packages and options was especially impressive. I also visited briefly with Aline and Curt who were both great. More

Mani was extremely patien From the start months prior to my purchase, Tory was wonderful. She was persistent yet helpful throughout the whole process. Mani was extremely patient with me as I went back and forth with many options and helped facilitate the negotiations. Richard was very respectful and when negotiations got tense and I asked him to back off, he did immediately, reinforcing the way they do business in a results-oriented, but low-pressure environment. One aspect I was not a fan of was after the deal was agreed upon, the finance manager tried up-selling third-party products that the dealership clearly receives a portion of for facilitating. More
