Orange Park Audi is simply the best! Inevitably, we will all have some sort of an issue during the life of owning a car. I generally dread the moment of taking a car in to correct some issue. Will I be taken advantage of in some way? Will they listen? Will they care more about up-selling me on something I don’t need more than giving me a reasonable price on what I DO need? This is NOT a luxury car dealership. This is our third A7, but previous service was from a high quality dealership in Minneapolis. This dealership is the worst we have ever experienced. Employees avoid customer contact. Second time we brought the car in for an oil change. FOUR HOURS! After an apology from the first 4 hour appt, where it was explained that was not normal, we had the same experience again! Empty apologies all around at the end. If you expect to have a high quality experience when you buy your luxury car, avoid this dealership! More
