I had my 2008 Audi taken in to the dealership to replace my serpentine belt. I had my vehicle towed on Friday 06/09 and was speaking with the service representative Jorge Salceda. I told him my problens wit my serpentine belt. I had my vehicle towed on Friday 06/09 and was speaking with the service representative Jorge Salceda. I told him my problens with the car and he reassured me that it wouldnt be a major repair where they have to take the engine out. Jorge told me that instead of taking the engine out they would take off the front grill and replace the serpentine belt. I felt like I was in good hands and Jorge told me that he would keep in touch about my car via phone or text. I understood that the service department wouldnt be able to look at the car over the weekend so I decided to check up on my car on Monday 06/12. I tried to call Jorge's number but he did not answer so I left a message. He has not reached out to me since, neither has any other service advisor and the general manager said he would look into it and get back to me. It is now 5pm Tuesday 6/13 and I havent heard back from anyone and I am being left in the dark as far as to what is happening with my car. I keep trying to reach out to the dealership however when I speak with a representative they keep insisting no service advisors are availble to help at the moment and that they will call me back, well they havent.. I am getting frustrated at this point because this is another bad dealership experience I have had with Audi. More
