I had to wait 3 minutes before someone acknowledged I was standing there. Guys just standing around talking. Looked at me & looked away without saying anything until the manager finally came over. After that, the guy who helped me was nice, but was taking over for Jake, who was supposed to help me & they let me know this. Just not the experience I was expecting from Audi. If I lived closet to Newport, I’d go there in a heartbeat. Hopefully it was just an off day for these guys. More
