You’re simply not listening to your customers or considering the evidence provided. You’re simply saying “no” because is easiest thing to do. Considering what I heard Gio saying about me on my dash cam and watching employees playing with RC cars in the garage, one of which smashed into the tire of my car, I don’t think I will ever visit this dealership again.
