Came in for an oil change. Was told $97 over the phone. Showed up and was told $150. Was told I had a nail in my tire that couldn’t be fixed, that I needed 4 new tires for $300 Was told $97 over the phone. Showed up and was told $150. Was told I had a nail in my tire that couldn’t be fixed, that I needed 4 new tires for $3000. Bogus “alignment fee” and “calibration fee” for an additional $200 each. I denied that offer. An hour later I was offered two tires from the technician for $1000 installed. When questioned the service salesman, he said that it “wouldn’t include any install or alignment” even though it clearly states in the offer it was included. I denied the second offer, took it to Goodyear down the street for a $40 patch. Goodyear said tires had another 3000-5000 miles on them before they needed replacing, but that the patch isn’t guaranteed to last that long. Long story short, I’ll never be back at this dealer unless I need to due to a computer malfunction. The whole “do it right so it costs more” is bogus. The service team doesn’t know anything, technicians know what’s needed, which is who offered two tires vs the “required 4.” Total bogus. Don’t get serviced here unless it’s an Audi issue strictly.
