I expected a higher standard of care from Audi North Miami. My car was towed to the North Miami Audi last Sep. (5 months ago) Upon retrieving my car, which underwent the recommended repairs ( repla Miami. My car was towed to the North Miami Audi last Sep. (5 months ago) Upon retrieving my car, which underwent the recommended repairs ( replacement of 4 wheels, RT inner passenger side fender liner, belly pan passenger side & new rim only.) Inspecting the car I noticedthe new rim was scratched, the belly pan was missing, and driving home I discovered multiple issues that were not addressed during the initial diagnosis, the windshield washer pump stopped working and the headliner was loose on the back seat. It is ridiculos that a comprehensive diagnosis was not conducted, nothwimdstanding everything was indicating in working order. Waiting for a month to receive my car with new issues has been an extremely frustrating experience. I question the thoroughness of the initial assessment and the overall quality of service provided. The ongoing delay in receiving updates on the missing part further adds to my growing dissatisfaction. This situation extends beyond inconvenience; it reflects a lack of respect for a customer's time and severely impacts the integrity of the Audi brand. More
