I have another Audi dealership next to my office, nevertheless, I went to Prestige, which is far from me, because it was recommended by a friend of mine who leased his Audi from Prestige/Robert. Service requested was to fix parts causing noise (engine squeal noise - with serpentine belt replacement / front suspension clunking noise - front ball joints and sway bar end links replaced). Car returned squeal noise - with serpentine belt replacement / front suspension clunking noise - front ball joints and sway bar end links replaced). Car returned with excessive and not acceptable exhaust noise, maybe due to forced road test over rusty/worn parts in the exhaust system. Services manager collect the car for further inspection and proposing a solution to fix the issue. Prefer not to evaluate the 'quality of work' because the car came with a problem that didn't have before, and waiting for the results after the services manager further review. More
I gave the rating because I was completely satisfied with Yelsons handling of my visit to the dealership. This was my first experience with the service in the dealer and it was not good - first in the website to do the appointment it's not saying that you need to wait minimum 2 to 3 hours for the basic serv dealer and it was not good - first in the website to do the appointment it's not saying that you need to wait minimum 2 to 3 hours for the basic service - i was waiting for 3 hours to receive my car - and the service was only the first service, nothing especial. I called and i sent email before to go to check exactly those points - the experience - unfortunately the employee was on vacation and nobody answered me the phones calls and the email. My learning is: next time i will require a car and i will leave my car in the dealer coming back next day or late afternoon. The service attention from Yelson and Ed was good, they were friendly and transmitting the message. My problem is the comparison - i used to have a Jaguar and the difference in service is big. But again this is a learning for me too. I'm forced to recommend the dealership then i'm recommending but with the considerations mentioned above. More
