I thought Diana was great and very helpful. The only complaint that I have is that my car was not cleaned. I left a clean car and it was dirty when I picked it up because it had been left outside. Diana was very friendly. I was pleased with her customer service throughout my visit at Prestige. It was when I picked up my car that I was a little disappointed in the customer service. The reason for my v service throughout my visit at Prestige. It was when I picked up my car that I was a little disappointed in the customer service. The reason for my visit was for my 15,000 mile service but also to get by rear break light replaced and some surrounding minor damage from a hit and run. Diana was able to replace the rear break light for me and get a quote for the surrounding damage. The total amount for both was about $250 more than what my USAA representative quoted me. When I showed Diana the quote from USAA, she immediately told me that they can not trust this quote and that there was nothing they could do to change the quote. Working in Sales myself, I did not find this very helpful at all. I would have expected Diana to be a bit more proactive and tell me that she would try and get another quote based on the numbers that I was given by USAA. I would imagine that Audi would want me to get my bumper repaired by them rather than another company. I would still like to have the minor damages repaired. Please let me know if Audi is willing to take a look at the USAA quote I have and try to match it or if I should take my business elsewhere for the repair. Thanks so much! More
