I began hearing a banging sound from the rear end at low speeds going over bumps .The dealership got me an appointment almost immediately, and had the head mechanic come on a drive with me. They quickly diagnosed the problem as loose bushings on the rear swaybar and fixed the problem for no charge. They gave me a loaner car for the day as well.
