I remember because my husband had to leave while purchasing the car he offered to have the courtesy car to rush him to the hospital (to work), I stayed and my new car was ready within an hour or so. The service staff is always amazing and Yelson Maradiaga is my go to person every time I am due for a check up. Prompt, friendly service, as always, which is why I continue to have my Audi serviced at Prestige. I absolutely love coming to Prestige to have my vehicle serviced. From the moment you pull up you are greeted with friendliness and everyone is smiling and ready to help. When I realized my car had an issue and that my warranty was expiring in two days I called Vernon and he immediately addressed my issue and told me to bring my car the next day and that I would be able to have a loaner or a rental...he was very quick to put my mind at ease and because of him I was able to have the service I needed in the time I needed it accomplished. He was courteous as always and efficient. Bringing my car in is always without issue and seamless. Vernon has exceptional customer service and he knows his business! He kept me informed, emailed and called with information pertaining to my car and was even kind enough to talk to a friend of mine regarding work that was needed. He is always pleasant and sociable while getting the job done. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful and I wish I could hang out there more! I enjoyed the nice loaner and wished I didn't have to give it back! The work done on my car was awesome and I appreciate everything.
