Luis was not only friendly and customer service driven but he went out of his way to make sure I was taken well care and even offered and made a great cappuccino when I arrived early in the morning to drop off and pick up my car. I would highly recommend Prestige for their professional customer service and Audi repair expertise and especially recommend people to ask for Luis because he represented what great customer service is supposed to be. I had an appointment for an oil change and detailing. This was my first visit with this particular Audi. I didn't have an appointment, but my car was overdue on maintenance. I was in the area and just stopped by and asked Luis Pagani, my service representative, if I can leave car for maintenance. We choose Prestige because of its participation in the Costco Auto Program. We were not arriving in Florida for several months so the transaction was conducted by phone and email.
