I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership and would NOT go anywhere else. The people there have treated us like family and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Service dept has poor customer service skills Had my 2011 Q5 serviced here for check engine light and brake light. First there was no communication on their part after having the car for 10 hours. Had my 2011 Q5 serviced here for check engine light and brake light. First there was no communication on their part after having the car for 10 hours. Was it ready? Was it not ready? Did it need work that would require additional time at dealership? Be prepared to call for any and all updates. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am, had not heard a peep by 5:30 pm until I called to see if I would need to find another ride to work the next day or if my car was ready. I was told they would need another day, which was fine but would have been nice to know. I did receive a call the following evening to let me know what the diagnosis was. Another two days pass never heard another word until I showed up to get my car. I drop $700 bucks for plugs and coils. They pull my car around and I go to crank it and it won’t start. Then I’m told they would check the battery for me (how kind). Wait 30 more minutes and they tell me for another $400 they will replace my battery. NO THANKS!!! You’ve had my car for four days and no one bothered to check it or even call me and say my battery was going bad! I’ll never spend another nickel here nor consider buying anything from Dean McCrary. I should also note 12 months ago I spent $1900 for front and rear brakes and rotors at Dean McCrary and 15k miles later I need more front brake pads for $600 more?? No thanks Dean McCrary Audi. Why would any one have the dealership replace brakes/rotors if they will not honor their work one year later?! If you’re ok being treated as if your hard earned money is nothing and you owe them something for servicing your car, then this is the place for you. Also the waiting area is nothing to write home about for the money you spend there. Your local Trax Tires has a nicer lobby area than this place. I can not imagine the money people pay for a Porsche here and the disappointment they must feel when they are sent to this closet sized employee break room to wait for service. More
