My family have been buying Audi for decades(our family currently having 4 but owned more than a dozen through years), recently the experience has been downgraded, cars still good in quality but many softw currently having 4 but owned more than a dozen through years), recently the experience has been downgraded, cars still good in quality but many software bugs, service and buying experience on the other hand are jumping over the cliff. I bought a new Q7 from Audi Mobile last year, took them 3 months to get my documents to the registration office, we ended up paying penalty by ourselves for late filing and had go through all the government appointment headache. Now I feel sorry for myself to go back to this store purchased a new SQ8 last month. 1. Blake, the finance manager, he will trick you in every step. First he used my SSN to get a loan without asked me, threw me a paper to sign, I caught it and said I wanted Audi Finance not this one, he then made up a story telling me if you go with Audi, it will take two months for trade-in follow through. Yea, right, I had been using Audi finance for decade, and not the first time buyer, just sold two earlier this year. This is absolutely xx. Asked him to switch, he did after I insist but gave me a higher rate until I showed him the number on Audi official website. 2. This dealership charges 999 dollars for documentation fee, pre-pandemic people usually do 450, now a lot of other Audi dealerships only charge 250ish to boost the slow sales. that 999 is definitely not worth it because they sent in a package missing an commonly used DMV 130 form, also they didn't pay any of the other fees, check was short. Because I had the experience last year so I followed up my local office before they rejected it(otherwise it would be returned to dealer and never got it right, then we end up paying penalty, again). All they need to do is to call the tax office and get correct number and paperwork. NO, they didn't, and Blake replied in email saying the 999 documents fee doesn't include calling tax office!!! He then used fine prints saying you know you signed a forms says final payment can be different, I said yes, I know, but those normally referring to some small differences or new fees not missing several lines total hundreds of dollars. 3.Blake seriously has attitude issue too, he mimics the email tone of mine and replied an email removed his boss even though I put him on. And basically lying in my face he doesn't remember any conversation I mentioned to him on several things. Well, that day both sales manager and him promised me and put notes down. Now they magically lost the memory, well, let us blame Covid. 4. I called the GM Roger, then I realized what is the problem. Roger sounded nice but kept changing subjects to avoid my questions, he didn't care about my concerns and trouble. After I cut him and changed the subject back and showed my frustration, he called me rude and awful from nowhere while laughing. If you watched movies the Scammer laughed at you after they got your money you know what I felt. I am buying a 100,000 dollars car and as a return customer, i am been treated like this, you figure it out. Stay away from them, there is a reason they have discount on cars, there is a reason most of the recent google reviews are bad, and I am assure you there are many other more qualified Audi dealers behave like a real luxury car dealership, I will go with them in the future and suggest you do too unless you want to be humiliated(no kidding) and with endless troubles. As a previous employee I would like express my opinion about the dealership. If there is any problems 90% of the problems is caused by the Policy's and procedures in place by the Management and Owners and about the dealership. I will clarify this does not include the service Manager, in most cases he is held back by the ignorance of the General Manager's and Owners. Also if you feel like your paying a high crazy price for parts its because the Owners implemented a Matrix price "higher than list" that you must pay. Buy your parts online through Audi or the Pensacola store to get list. Finally if you feel that you have received bad service from any employee I will apologize for them for they get treated poorly and like myself have their rights violated by some of their managers and office personnel, thus why I have a case filed with the labor Board. More
I purchased a 2022 Audi eTron GT from Audi Mobile on April 28. Love the car. However, we are now two months later the dealership still does not have the title to the vehicle and I cannot register the ca April 28. Love the car. However, we are now two months later the dealership still does not have the title to the vehicle and I cannot register the car I have already been making payments on. At this point I would like to return the vehicle. Audi of Mobile sold a vehicle they do not have a title to. This is illegal in the State of Alabama. Audi has been no help in resolving the issue. I trade cars regularly and this is a first for me. I am considering calling my attorney to resolve. Ridiculous. More
