Orlando in the service department is amazing. I usually always prefer to work with him if he’s available. Awful dealership. Poor customer service and disrespectful staff. Aggressive behavior and lack of skills. After having my car for 3 weeks to replace a sensor they charged me $150 to clean an old cigarette sme staff. Aggressive behavior and lack of skills. After having my car for 3 weeks to replace a sensor they charged me $150 to clean an old cigarette smelling loaner which had a faulty trunk, no gps and no phone charger. Horrible experience. More

I visited DCH Millburn Audi a year and a half ago had a HORRIBLE sales experience! I was extremely hesitant to go there for servicing but was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding service I was given f HORRIBLE sales experience! I was extremely hesitant to go there for servicing but was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding service I was given for an oil change and a recall fix. Orlando was kind and courteous. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and cordial. The wait time was not long at all - in and out in 60 minutes with a car wash! I will definitely be going back for service in the future. More
