Audi Millburn - Service Center

On Sept 9, 2022 my 2014 Q7 diesel engine light came on. I took it to Audi dealership where it was determined that the issue was due to faulty EGR Cooler that they replaced along with multiple gaskets, seal I took it to Audi dealership where it was determined that the issue was due to faulty EGR Cooler that they replaced along with multiple gaskets, seal ring, intake manifold remove and install. 9 months later "Add blue" came on and I took it back to the dealership a couple times for this add blue issue which they topped off. I took the car for inspection and it would not pass. Upset and annoyed, I went to Millburn and they worked for 3 months and determined that the major repairs previously done had not been calibrated and reset to complete the repairs that had been done. During this time all staff at Millburn was very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent Professional Service with constant communication. Going forward, Only this dealership for maintenance, repairs and my next purchase. Leo Yam is one of the BEST. More
