Highly Unprofessional and Threatening I took my Audi A4 2017 to this dealership to get a flat tire repaired. I was helped by Vanessa Robinson. She told me it will take 1-2 hours for repair I took my Audi A4 2017 to this dealership to get a flat tire repaired. I was helped by Vanessa Robinson. She told me it will take 1-2 hours for repair. He asked me if I am facing any other issues with car. I asked for loaner to which she pointed me to cashier. I go over to cashier who says I do not have loaner car reservation and it has been booked for 2 weeks. Now, if I have a flat tire yesterday how in world would have I known 2 weeks in advance. I told her its fine, and she offered me shuttle service. She asked me my Home address which is in Elizabeth, at which point, she point blank refused to offer me shuttle. She said they do not service Elizabeth area even though my house was within 5 miles radius. Audi only mention distance of 5miles, and doesn't say anything about which area they serve. I WAS REFUSED SHUTTLE SERVICE EVEN THOUGH MY HOUSE WAS WITHIN 5 MILES RADIUS. I feel that I was being discriminated against and when I tried to talk to Vanessa Robinson, she shut me down by pointing her palm towards me and saying "Honey, enough". I am 33 year old man and works for biggest company in the world. No one talks to me like that. NO ONE! I was highly offended but I controlled my anger and thanked everyone for service and walked out. I want to know how Audi will compensate me for humiliation and discrimination that I suffered on Thursday 05/31/2018. If I do not hear back from Audi in next 1 week, I am going to take further action. I am giving a chance to make mends here. More

Lack of Customer Service, Lack of Attention to Details, I brought my car in again for the same recurring issues. Again, nothing was addressed. The MMI takes 2 minutes boot up each time the car is started I brought my car in again for the same recurring issues. Again, nothing was addressed. The MMI takes 2 minutes boot up each time the car is started & at least twice a week the channels are re-initializing / updating when no changes are ever made. The convertible top still makes a squeak sound even after the third lubrication. Service rep left me standing 40 minutes to speak with service tech who worked on the car. When I showed them the issue they walked away. Service rep was to have service manager call me and never did. Left a message for service manager yesterday again and he never called. Service department used to be good and over the last half year has gone straight down hill and is horrendous!! More
