We returned our earlier leased Q5 here though not leased from them. It was effortless and all loyalty benefits were well taken care. We had to go through some additional paperwork for an unrelated reason and I cannot thank Dawn enough. She is outstanding. She was patient, friendly and extremely helpful and took time to explain every detail. Overall, it's a fantastic place and we had a wonderful experience.
