The car was scratched when we picked it up. This was corrected. Next, the car smelled of smoke, not sure it the technician smoked in it or previous owner. They told me it was in the headliner and to try febreeze (basically tough luck) and did not try to resolve. Expected more features for the car, assumed they were included at that price point(my mistake). Disappointed that the engine burns oil, 1qt per 1200 miles, They said this happens to all the 2.0 engines and Audi would not address. This is very disappointing. At 5 ft 10 the seats don't fit me and the car is very uncomfortable after 30 minutes. Talked to sales rep about swaping for an A6 that was a year older. Had the car less than 4 weeks and the offered me $4K less than the purchase price (not much of a swap). Told me they had to make money (they already did once....) and it cost them $2k to recertify. After, 4 weeks? Don't believe it or the cost to recertify. Will never purchase another Audi and will never purchase from this dealer More

Very nice experience, and in the buying process I met some typically slippery characters with which to compare! I worked with Bonnie and when she was not around her Boss, Mark, helped out.
