I know my marks are all over the place. I purchased the car through eBay. I haggled the price via messages with shipping .. etc. I was very happy with the car, shipping, and overall experience of the car car through eBay. I contacted the eBay seller guy (who I had been dealing with on everything - I just forgot his name as its been a few years) and he said he would send me them right away. Couple of weeks passed and nothing - called him again and he assured me this time he would get those out to me....years have passed. Yes this left a very bad taste in my mouth as he said twice he would but never did. I would NOT buy from Audi of Mendham again nor refer anyone I know to them. More

In 2011 I was in the market for a certified Audi a4 3.2 liter quattro. For 3 months I searched auctions, on-line ads and dealerships. They explained the issues I was having with my car very clearly and address each one of them w/ perfection. I have to drive an hour just to get to Audi of Mendham from my home, but it is well worth the trip. I consistently have a positive client experience. Eric was great at communicating with me during my service, and wasn't satisfied until the car was perfect. I can't say enough good things about Eric and the service team. From the minute I walk in the door, until I leave with my car, Audi of Mendham is a 1st class operation.
