Jim Foster went above and beyond a "sale" to get me exactly the A4 I wanted. I still love my car and will go back to him again when it's time to purchase another Audi. Service Center was good but I had to take my car back there more than once for the same issues. I thought it could have been handled right the first time. 24hour Service was EXCEPTIONAL. I had to use it a few times and regardless of the time I called them, they were there to help and available. More

I am on my third Audi leased or purchased from Audi of Bernardsville over a ten year period and have never had a negative experience with their Sales or Service staff. I always do my research online before making a purchase and Chris has always met or bettered the price that I had in mind. I'm greeted by name by Anthony when I drop my car off for service and when I call for an appointment I don't have to answer ten questions before they know who I am and what I need. It's always difficult to give them feedback on what could be better....they are that good! More

Because I set up an appointment and Sal was not available. He did not take 5 minutes while I waited for 45 to say "excuse me, just a couple of more minutes, have a cup of coffee or let my associate available.
