Purchased Pre-owned Corvette Z06- Best Experience Ever! I am admittedly very scrutinizing (ok...picky) when purchasing a used car, especially an expensive used car like a corvette. But something I noticed about Audi Melbourne was the quality of their pre-owned cars, suv's and trucks - everything they had in stock was amazing and looked brand new. I called them and told them I was interested in two possible corvettes. When I showed up two hours later, they had both vehicles fully detailed and placed inside (it was raining) so that I could really go over them. My salesman was Tony and he made the process an absolute joy. He made my wife and I feel like we were the only people in the world and never made us feel rushed. Tony also has an excellent sense of humor which made the buying experience really fun. When I decided to buy one of the corvettes (which was difficult because they were both gorgeous), Tony was lightning fast with the paperwork and transferred me to the finance specialist Ted who was just as fun to work with. I also had some quality time with the General Manager Mike Martinez who is an absolute gentleman and made me feel very welcome and appreciated. My wife and I liked Mike so much that we started looking at Audi's that same day and came back and bought her a brand new Q7 the very next day which was an equally amazing experience. If you are in the market for a new Audi or a top of the line pre-owned Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Corvette or whatever, please think Audi Melbourne. You will love your experience. More

He was a genuine and caring person who was very easy to work with and his sense of humor made the whole process very enjoyable. Ted helped us with financing and he was just as professional and fun as Tony was and we really enjoyed the entire experience and whole team. The dealership was immaculate and one of the prettiest dealerships we have ever been in. We own two Audi Q5's (TDI) and they are keep in top condition with Sherries help. The new showroom is certainly a showplace and everyone seemed helpful. The open space where one can their vehicle being worked on is a great addition. I do however have a problem with everyone hearing my conversations with my Service Manager. I believe the open arrangement would not be my choice. The snacks provided while a customer waits could have a better choice of food as many of us unfortunately are diabetic. We were connected and it helped me to make the car buying experience a breeze. He was also timely and thoughtful with respect to alternative vehicles. Evan Johns was extremely knowledgeable and technically proficient and he showed us the vehicle features and dealt with some of the administrative aspects. We were able to execute a transaction, including a trade-in in a couple of hours, including extensive paperwork. While we had been considering a different vehicle and in fact were due to view it later in the day, the professionalism and flexibility on financial terms and options meant we cancelled and simply took the vehicle with Audi Melbourne. I have no hesitation in making a strong recommendation re. new and used vehicle purchases. More

Service Scam - $300 Oil Change / 2 Hrs / Dirty Car Just had my 1st and last experience at Audi’s new Melbourne facility for an oil change on my S7. I was originally quoted $160-180. The bill turned o Just had my 1st and last experience at Audi’s new Melbourne facility for an oil change on my S7. I was originally quoted $160-180. The bill turned out to be $292. This compares to $118 which I previously paid several times at another Audi dealer for the same car. The big difference was labor. Melbourne charged 5X more for labor ($160 vs. $35). It took them 2 hrs … FOR AN OIL CHANGE! Obviously, they are in the business to take their time and charge us big time for it. To top it off, when they brought the car around it supposedly would include a wash. It showed up wet and dirty. I love my Audi car and am looking at buying another. But not now. Not from Melbourne Audi. This is a rip off scam shop that needs to be investigated. More
